Our team

irca 50 employees are working in our company annually. Most of them are part-time employees, their tasks mainly consist of cross-pollinating. Besides, we have a number of full-time employees, taking care of the crops, harvesting and other primary tasks such as fertilization and crop protection.
Due to the crucial accuracy that is needed for producing hybrid seeds, we require high standards of our team. Everybody working in our company is aware of the quality levels we set to ourselves. We use a self-designed quality management system for our employees where they can find their tasks and responsibilities. They’re even able to check this information from home.
Our employees are the most important aspect of our company. We put a lot of effort and attention in education and personal development. When you first start working for our company you’ll get internal training and education to learn the process of producing hybrid seeds.
