We work annually with about 50 employees. These are part-time employees who are mainly engaged to cross pollinating the different species. In addition there is a group of permanent employees whose are responsible for the maintenance of the various crops, harvesting of the vegetables and perform other core tasks such as irrigation and fertilization, crop protection, maintenance, hygiene or have the daily supervision over the pollination work.
