Bakker Seed Productions is a fourth generation family business in the Beemster polder, specializing in GSPP-certified hybrid seeds for tomato, cucumber, and pepper. Since 1956, the Bakker family has been producing seeds of the highest quality for professional growers worldwide.
With over 19,000 m² of modern greenhouse facilities and our own seed extraction facility, we control every step of the production process, from cross-pollination to certified seed lot.

GSPP Certified
Good Seed and Plant Practices (GSPP) is the international quality standard for seed and plant production. It ensures phytosanitary quality through stringent hygiene protocols and quality controls throughout the entire production process.
Bakker Seed Productions has been GSPP certified since 2010, working via a Quality Management System (QMS) to guarantee the highest standards in every step of our seed production.
